Zarya-1: Mystery on the Moon reviews and comments

Translated by
Microsoft from Russian
"Zarya-1: Mystery on the Moon" is an Interactive sci-fi story & Text Quest. The dark Side Of the Moon received a signal. A detachment of four people was sent To study the source. We play the role of the Commander-liaison, who sits in the center of Control and monitors the course of the operation. We give orders, negotiate with astronauts and constantly monitor the progress of the operation. The fate of the team members and the outcome Of the expedition depends on our decisions. Genre of text quests always called in me a strong association with ancient games, which even at those times could not boast of graphic performance (had too squalid interface), and reading of the long texts caused boredom and drowsiness. Games of this genre tried to skip. It was Too hard to restrain the yawning attacks when playing them, although I gladly read books and other literature. "Zarya-1: Mystery on the Moon" has pleasantly surprised. Very successful GUI design. Background Animations, backlight, fonts, time-rewind effects, noise, data loading – everything is pleasing to the eye and plunges into the atmosphere of the game. Adds Atmospheric background music. In moments of danger it becomes frightening, and in case of successful advancement on story in quiet background melody there are victorious notes. The Game is not overloaded with lyrics. There are many Dialogues (the whole game is built on your negotiations with astronauts), but they are very compact, without superfluous boring details, extremely short and understandable, places with jokes and curses. They are interesting to read. At the same time reading does not cause boredom and fatigue. It's Like reading an interesting fantastic story that doesn't come off. Glad to see the menu item with the shutdown of censorship. In the shower I was hoping to read a choice of swearing, but the set of profanity was a bit disappointing. I understand that astronauts take educated and intelligent people who are not accustomed to express a strong word, but in the moments of danger people give frazochki stronger than in the game. I have no idea how dialogs will change if you turn on censorship. Most Likely it will be in the style of joke: In kindergarten children began to swear by a mat. It Turned out that two plumbers worked in the kindergarten. Director them on the rug: "What'S the matter? "Yes, we, nothing... Well, first Vaska I dropped a drawer with a tool on my head, and then a hot soldering iron for the collar. So I say to him, "What are you, Vasya, right awkward..." I do not like this genre, but I liked the game. The Interface is very successful, and the plot addictive and intriguing. The Plot is progressing depending on your choice. When the whole team dies from another unsuccessful order, it becomes curious to replay and watch the story continue if your squad goes the other way. The Game clearly would not interfere with the achievement, as in many visual novels. It would be nice to get a bonus in the form of Achivki, when you finish the game for another bad ending with the death of the team. The review Is my personal opinion about the game. You Can disagree with him. I don't want to discuss The price. Every work must be paid for, and to buy goods or not decide only you. All the more, Trims provides a return option. Liked the game, and you can afford the extra spending-buy, not like-pass by. It is pointless and unpleasant to Speculate on this topic. So please don't write to me about it.
