Makoto Goya is a games writer. Goya has been working with Square Enix, SEGA, Sonic Team and JForce Games. Goya started in 1996 as the writer of Dragon Force. After that, Makoto Goya took part as the writer of Kakuto Chojin: Back Alley Brutal. Later, Goya also was part of the team who developed Sonic Forces: Speed Battle published by SEGA for iOS and Android. Most recently, Makoto Goya was involved in the development of Sonic Forces.
