Nobuhiro Matsuoka is a games director and programmer. Matsuoka has been working with Konami Digital Entertainment and Unlimited Software. Matsuoka's first game was Castlevania published by Konami for PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS in 1986. Then, Nobuhiro Matsuoka went on to work on Castlevania II: Simon's Quest (1987) as the programmer. Matsuoka also worked on Mission: Impossible (1990) developed by Konami Digital Entertainment for NES. Most recently, Nobuhiro Matsuoka was involved in the development of Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius.
