Shuichi Katagi is a games programmer. Katagi has been working with SEGA, Sonic Team and Red Entertainment. Katagi started in 1992 as the programmer of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. After that, Shuichi Katagi took part as the programmer of Sakura Wars (1996).
