Tim Skelly is a games artist and designer who started the games industry career in 1900. Since then, Skelly has been working with SEGA, Sonic Team, Runesoft and Other Ocean Interactive. Afterwards, Tim Skelly worked on Reactor (1982) developed by Gottlieb in 1982. The latest work of Tim Skelly was Sonic the Hedgehog 2 HD, published in 2012.
