Tim Skelly is a games artist and designer who started the games industry career in 1900. Since then, Skelly has been working with SEGA, Sonic Team, Runesoft and Other Ocean Interactive. Skelly's first game was Warrior published by Kfir Merlaub Art for PC. After that, Tim Skelly took part as the designer of Rip-Off. Afterwards, Tim Skelly worked on Reactor (1982) developed by Gottlieb in 1982. The latest work of Tim Skelly was Sonic the Hedgehog 2 HD, published in 2012.
