Victor Penman

Victor Penman is a games director and designer. Penman has been working with id Software, Raven Software, Infinity and Strategic Simulations. Penman's first game was Dragon's Lair published by Electronic Arts for PC, iOS, Android and Nintendo DS in 1983. Next, Victor Penman worked on B-24 taking on the role of director. Later, Penman also was part of the team who developed Shiloh: Grant's Trial in the West published by Strategic Simulations for PC, Apple II, Commodore / Amiga and Atari 8-bit. Most recently, Victor Penman was involved in the development of CyClones.
