William Mills

William Mills is a games writer and designer. Mills has been working with Rockstar North and DMA Design. Mills's first published game was Space Station Silicon Valley released in 1998. Then, William Mills went on to work on Grand Theft Auto 2 as the writer. Most lately, William Mills worked on Grand Theft Auto III.
