1 Moment Of Time: Silentville reviews

An old hidden object game about a mysterious town where everyone (or almost everyone) has disappeared. Is it a bad game? Not really, but I didn’t had fun playing it, unlike with Adam Wolfe or some Artifex Mundi hidden object games. Also, some objects in the Hidden Object scenes are too close to the inventory bar. This doesn't help to find them.

So I'd like to give a Thumbs up for a lot of good Ideas and other Approaches, unfortunately the current Status of the Game is so miserable it's not enough! The Advantages that make it better: 1. The Search Puzzles are almost 100% not as you know them; So Search the Object and click on it, but consist of Interaction with several Objects, you have to unlock chests first and so on. I particularly liked, for example, a Knife On an Apple, which one wants an apple Phalte, a Caterpillar falls down from above and that is the next Goal, you have chosen it falls down a Second, bites also into the Apple becomes a Butterfly and that is the third Goal! The Approach is not entirely new, but I liked it so much better than looking for Objects. 2. Puzzles, which for the Most part I have not yet known or whose Implementations were slightly different, also give some well-known ones that appear in many Games of the Ger. Unfortunately, the Disadvantages outweigh: 1. Achievements that didn't all work out directly, which was frustrating! Have definitely not used any Help and also some Achievements get but not all of them! So Had To play a Round again! 2. Overness nerves extreme! It lasts forever and always turns black as if it has been poorly optimized ... Intention? It rather annoyed me! 3. Bugs, like Items that were in the same Slot, Thank God helps once into the Menu and back again! Even the Card is not good, you can't get out of it anymore when you have clicked on it when it happens more often. 4. In the Search puzzles, some Items are so stupid hidden at the bottom that you can only find them when you drive your Mouse over them. Clicking away the Inventory doesn't go what would have been needed in almost every Search puzzle! Conclusion: Without Bugs it would be a thumbs Up, so unfortunately none! Even if it only costs 1 Euro!

1 moment of time will not leave a memorable trace among the HOG, the story is irrelevant and the developers knew it from the beginning because they even do not take the time to explain to us who we are supposed to be and why we were on this train that has in the city of Silentville in question. We are covered in mystery all the time but without really answer and the end... The end... beeiin I think it must be too complex for me because I have not understood the why of how... And it must be said that the character that one is supposed to represent never talks but then never helps to know why we do this or that action. As for the scenes they are well made with often compound objects to be found as sliced sausage (you have to find the knife to cut the sausage) but I would make the same remark like many people, there is a big problem with the interface at the bottom and sometimes the searched object is practically hidden by the inventory bar. This same bar when moving causes bugs with the arrow back and we spend a few seconds to get excited because we have beautiful click... nothing happens. In desperation, there remains the map that will return you to the place where you would like to go... The book also makes decoration, it tells you some elements (a code to remember, a formula,...) but no further guidance on the unfolding of history). In the end, there is nothing to say... one does not make the game for the story at best for the scenes of objects hoping that the game will provide you enough elements to arrive at the end without having to go through the Internet box or do long searches in game to get you back on the right path... In any case, me as the "hero" I took the train departing from the station of Silentville and it would surprise me that I come back one day in this city.
