This month's 12in12 project ended up being a lot smaller than expected. My goal was to test out momentum-based movement, but I settled on something a lot simpler.

After trial and error figuring out different ways to make a character move I settled on experimenting with a logarithmic formula to dictate movement velocity.  I am pleased with how this project turned out even if this is just vertical movement.

Pressing Spacebar will make the character jump, pressing it again as the character lands will continue the combo and make the character jump higher. 

I added some juicy elements such as a height meter and some visual indicators to make the experience less barren. 

Overall, I had hoped to make something more complicated but I am keen to explore this type of movement in the future.
