In a gray and lonely town, no one can remember much. Routine is the way of life around here. Together we make a community, but what use is a community that never changes? I wish someday for the old colors to return. Someday we will move on from this town.

My best friend, 22 H, keeps me company every cycle. He is my only solace in this stagnation.

I'm not sure why we each have numbers floating above our heads or what our names used to be. We can't remember anything. So, these numbers have become our names, our right of passage. But what do they mean?

So many questions, and not a single answer.
