A gentleman and his tophat:A tragedy

The gentleman is normal in all but one respect, if he loses his hat the mortification he feels about his suddenly revealed baldness causes him to have a sudden rebellion against the law of gravity. His top hat hating enemy has hypnotized his servants, an easy feat considering their hidden resentment of their boss's dependence on headwear. Now the gentleman must escape his country mansion turned industrial facility to attain an unsatisfying ending that was not able to be fleshed out due to the time limit imposed on the game's creator. Very short, hopefully sweet.

Controls -

Hat Adjust - Down Arrow

Attack(and magically teleport) - Space

Rest: replenishes energy bar(you aren't getting any younger!) - Control Key

Every action you take diminishes your energy bar when it is empty all you can do is rest.
