It was clear to me that I could not expect an epic Story, well-written Dialogues or other Extravagances. I mean hey, we're talking about a Game that consists solely of the Idea that Core Points like Figures and Items are replaced with randomly chosen Stuff. For Example, the Toilet in History is a King. Or Chicken are Keys. The Game hopes throughout through its Dialogues, which are Inscribated with Passion but not yet technical Understanding, to create funny situations through the Basic Idea. In my Case, that was a fire-spitting Toilet and my Weaponry, the sharp and pointed Princess. Unfortunately, the 30 to 40 Minutes or so of play time consists of using wild Items, readdressing Characters and hoping for Gags, which somehow never come. Don't Get me wrong, I cheered when I discovered this Game. I totally like flat Jokes and Puns ... But even me didn't get excited about the whole thing. Maybe with more Finishing touches, better Quality audio and Animations and Above all well-written Lyrics ... That's how it could have become! ' ADventure Lib ' is a Joke ... So really now. Without Wit. Rather, a Gag. So: One. A single one. So, everything is definitely based on a single Gag. And it's quite nice. And witty. So, in itself ... Somehow. The only Premise: The Protagonists and Objects of the tiny fantasy story are treated as equal ingredients and wildly scrambled at the Beginning of each Pass at Will (hence the Title: ad lib [lat: ad libitum]) and by Chance. So in one Pass the King is a giant Potato, the fire-breathing Dragon a Mob or we have to unlock a Treasure chest with a Chicken. For example, we ourselves can be a Squirrel, a Loo or a Piece of Butter. The Whole thing may be a nice Idea and also briefly encourage a Smile. Alone, the Game is limited to a full four Easily scrolled screens and is through in a Quarter of An hour. The next Pass is ... The Potato an Alien ... And then even with simpler Tempers, the Joke stops working at the latest. The English Language Edition seems ambitious and enthusiastic, but not really professional, as Does music and Graphics. Overall, a nice, anarchist Idea from certainly very sympathetic Developers, but overall too little Substance to be able to demand Really justified money for it. Nevertheless-just like that-a Thumbs up, just for the Chutzpah alone, to produce something so Absurd. And for the Possibility to replace all Components with your own. Rating: 5/10 Atmosphere 6/10 Story 5/10 Graphic 6/10 Sound 5/10 Game Mechanics 5/10 Balancing 6/10 Game Pass Verdict: A nice Gag, but which quickly runs its way to a dead end due to little substance and very short Playing time. Reminiscent of the Anarchy Of a Monty Python Sketches. And has the same Length ... 6/10 Overall Rating
