Alien Arena: Warriors Of Mars is a FPS game, reminding of the great DOOM games. You basically incarnate an alien, fighting against others aliens in intense games. The game has decent graphics, that could remind you of DOOM's or even Serious Sam's ones. Even though they're not super realistic, they're cool and not disturbing to watch. The soundtrack is OK, not fantastic to me but you may like it. The sounds are fitting the game : retro FPS sounds.
Positive points : Why is it fun?
If fighting in a total madness, with a high speed, or while flying all over the map pleases you, you will for sure have a lot of fun here! All is going very fast, so put your seat belt on, AND HANG ON WELLLLLLLLL! Improve your reflexes and your aim to become the best. Doing many kills in a row is also much fun!
Negative points
This game doesn't have many negative points. The graphics maybe, aren't in a very high definition, but they are retro themed so I guess it's fine. You will feel a bit nostalgic if you've ever played DOOM or Serious Sam!
Lifetime/Worth it?
As all FPS games, it gets repetitive quickly. But always trying to improve your skills will make you feel like getting back to it often. So I'd say it has a great lifetime. Now is it worth it? I'm not sure it is. Some could find it a bit expensive... Just wait for a little discount if you want, I agree that 10 bucks is maybe a bit too high for this game.

Everything goes very fast, you have to be really responsive as soon as you see an ennemy, not to let him a chance to kill you!
