In All Bikes Allowed, players are tasked with building a bike and racing it against the players. You are dealt a hand of motorcycle parts. From that hand, you will build a motorcycle. The track is randomly built with every part of the track having its own speed limits and handling minimums. Your objective is to a higher speed value than all of your opponents, while keeping above the handling minimums.
