Allumette

Wow! It's just.... wow! And so so sad... Amazing storytelling with kind of a stopmotion typed lovely art-style. It is a passive movie, telling you a story about a girl, that is "lost and lonely" in a wintered town sitting within the clouds. While the story proceeds, you will be experiencing some flashbacks on how this kid got to this point. Won't spoil anything more than this! Just experience it - as it is also free! This is the future of storytelling at least for animated movies. Thumbs up to the creators.

Hmmm, Hm, hmm ... Hm hm hm hmmm, hmmpf hmm hmm sigh hmm hm hm hm hm hm hmmmm...... Too bad, recommended by me is only because it is free and lasts only about a virtel Hour. The Animations are nicely done, the City in the Clouds also looks great. The whole thing could certainly have become very nice if you had made the Animations a little synchronize, but with the hmms and hms in different types and pitches it is already really annoying after the quarter hour, really grieving or showing Compassion I couldn't get here.

Allumette By Penrose Studios is an emotional Short film in VR (tested with the HTC Vive) I don't go into the Story any closer, partly because I don't want to spoil, partly because there's not so much to tell either;) The nearly 20-minute Film does without Any Dialogues, which is why Language Skills are not required. Through Music alone and, of course, the Happenings around us, we delve into this Short Story. I recommend watching the Film in stand, so that you can also look at things up Close and also have the Opportunity to take a closer look. Allumette-Light in Dark Hour Allumette tells the Story of a Daughter who travels through an idyllic cloud World by Airship with her Mother. The pair make their Money as flying Traders selling luminous rods-which appear to have a Pity-giving Effect on Shoppers. Furthermore, I do not want to go into the Plot in order not to spoil. Only so much: Despite the only twenty-minute running Time of the Experience, she managed to captivate me. Allumette does without Any Dialogues-instead, the Developer Penrose Studios Attaches great importance to the great, cinematic Music support and expressive Animations. The leisurely Narrative Pace also allows the VR user Plenty of Time to absorb the Flair of the picturesque Game world. Game Mechanics do not offer the Experience. The Interaction is limited to the free Circumtour in the respective Scenes. This works best by Roomscaling while standing up. FAZIT Allumette is a beautiful, short fairy tale that skillfully benefits from the clean VR implementation!
