AMaze (itch) (SpeckGames)

AMaze is a simple game made using the JMonkeyEngine.

You must make your way from the start of the maze to the end. Collect coins along the way to buy skills. You also have a trusted sidekick who can show you the way (as long as you have the coins to pay). Your sidekick will follow until you activate him, once activated he will lead the way to the end. Coins are used up as long as your sidekick is leading toggle his skill and he will stop leading and using up your coins. There is also a baddie chasing you, if he catches you he takes some of your coins and teleports you back to the start.

Skills :

1 - Magnet  (15 coins): Coins are attracted to you from farther away.

2 - Zoom (50 coins) : Camera zoom is increase so you have a better view

3 - Slow Down (80 coins) : The baddie chasing you moves slower.

4 - Double Down (100 coins) : Coins value are doubled.

Controls :

Mouse : Moves the camera

W - Move Forward

A - Move Left

S - Move Backward

D - Move Right

F - Toggles sidekick's pathfinding. 

NumKey 1 - Magnet (Skill 1)

NumKey 2 - Zoom (Skill 2)

NumKey 3 - Slow Down (Skill 3)

NumKey 4 - Double Down (Skill 4)

*Skills activate only when you have enough coins, and remain active for the entire level

*Hint, the end has a beacon use the zoom skill to find it easier.
