Amphora

The artstyle here is simply outstanding. Aside from that there isn't really a lot going on. Puzzle solutions are very obscure, physics can be incredibly frustrating and the story isn't compelling enough to warrant slogging through the little interactivity there is

It looks absolutey stunning, but it's next to impossible to figure out what the game actually wants from you

A really charming Game. It has really fun to follow the Story of the Game and fight your way through the Puzzles that gradually Become quite more difficult, but stand in the right masses! Graphics, Sound and Gameplay hammer with each other in a beautiful Way and can rightly say: "I'm thrilled"

Amphora is a beautiful Puzzle game. The Story is told in individual More or little stand-image episodes and without Words. Even so, she is easily understandable and captivating. The Puzzles rise in Difficulty, but are all understandable. The Game has no help or Typing Function. If you don't get on with it, you either need more intense Balling or the Help of the Community. All in all, Amphora impresses as a Casual Puzzle Game with a unique Look.

A really nice Game that goes without Words and tells its Story only through Pictures and Music. The Puzzles are tricky but doable, although sometimes I didn't immediately understand what the Game wants me to do now. I make you a small Pro and contra List: + quiet, Atmospheric music, volume is adjustable + gorgeous and colorful Graphics + simple But emotional story + challenging puzzles, not too light and not too heavy + good length to make it in one Sitting To play through, so you don't lose the Connection to the Story-some hairy control (Objects rotate through Arrow keys doesn't always work properly)-after The End, no individual Levels can be selected, so catching up on trophies is a bit tedious-many One may find it too short-quite high Price for such a short Game, I recommend waiting a Sale

Amphora is a really nice Puzzle game. The Graphic Style has its very special Charm and manages to get the Story told without Words really well. I really like that! And the Music is just great, too! I really liked to pause for a moment and listen to the Music. Top! :) To the Game itself: In Amphora, as a spirit/Rauch/, steam that seems to come from a small Vase, one Puzzle after another Is released, and accompanies the Main Person and her Family through the collapse of the War. The Puzzles are demanding, but (mostly) intane in themselves. But I found it really difficult to Solve the Puzzles, because I wasn't always aware of what the Game actually wanted me to do. It really drove me into Despair one time or another. :D I played through it in 3 1/2 Hours. It's hard for me to tell if it's worth the full 13 Euros. Yes, it's nice and it's also worth playing the Game, but I think you can't go wrong if you get Amphora in the Sale. Nevertheless, I would recommend the Game because it has succeeded very much in itself! One should only have one Knack for Puzzles and Re-the-corner thinking:D (Or some great People to play it with together!:))
