ANGRY
About
There are many relaxing games like Stardew Valley and Forager. And then there's ANGRY. In this game you destroy zombies. Lots of them. What, you think this isn't an original idea? We'll see...
Game made for the Community Game Jam 2019
ANGRY 0.1.1. Win64-> https://drive.google.com/open?id=11Nf3WDRSsU_YfMc9BQtiNDYUXJaNu9CO ANGRY 0.1.1. MacOSX-> https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rlC_oo5YTkjuQXdIdaQadE2pYTq1Totq ANGRY 0.1.1. Linux -> https://drive.google.com/open?id=15FN1a2gU74ASY_7VZ4blcb8MU0zz9TtyPatch Notes 0.1.1:
- solved the annoying retry button bug;
- when the button retry is clicked the game asks if the player wants to start from last wave (in 0.1 to do that you had to return to the main menu)
Known bugs and glitches:
- The retry button does not work (only 0.1)
- Random black lines that appear on the screen: it's not my fault, I'm using unity 2d lights and I think they're causing the issue (after all they're an experimental feature). However these black lines shouldn't ruin the game experience.
History of the game (nobody cares why I am writing this):
I'm a newbie in game development, and I decided to go solo (what a stupid idea). I couldn't come up with a decent idea for 2 whole days. Then I worked 14/24 hrs for the rest of the days to make this game, and I'm not happy with the result. That sucks!
And I also made some bad choices, like creating this huge sprite sheet of the player: it's useless, in the game you can't see the whole animation
(it took me 6/7 hours to do this because I'm not an artist, you can use it in your game if you want).
What I used:
Game Engine: Unity3d
Art: Piskel
Sound: FamiTracker
