Arena Hunter

Story

Ice Warrior (player) has crash landed on Kepler-78b, an ancient lava planet. His fate is inevitable, but he will not go down without a fight. Using his trusty SwordGun, he has to freeze the lava enemies by shooting Freeze Projectiles. When the enemy is frozen they are vulnerable for a period of time to be attacked and killed.

Arena Hunter was created for the GM(48) Jam #10 where the theme was guns don't shoot bullets. Arena Hunter is a survival game where the goal is to survive for as long as possible. This is done by shooting at enemies to freeze them. Once they are frozen they can be attacked and be killed. You have limited ammo so use it wisely. Ammo appears randomly on the ground but pick it up before it is destroyed.
