Go and run into the red balls and health but remember dont run into the spike balls! After you die you get money to buy/upgrade things in the shop! Your data will be saved so no need to worry if you close the game. Pressing DELETE SAVE will reset your money and upgrades back to 0 there is no way to get it back if pressed there is no confirmation button so be carful around it.
