Battle Mages: Sign of Darkness
About
A thousand years had passed since the great battle between the Lord of Chaos and the forces of the Order. Little by little, life returned back to normal.
The story begins, when a young neophyte journeys north, to learn from an eccentric wizard, one of the most ancient and powerful Guild’s members. The apprentice doesn’t know yet, that his teacher-to-be is one of the Keepers, and that his destiny is to become a catalyst for the events, that will make Daenmor shudder…
Battle Mages: Sign of Darkness is an enthralling journey to the world of original game. It offers four new campaigns, covering dramatic events that took place in Daenmor long before the Shadow of Warlock spread over the land. The player will discover the mysteries of the Order of the Keepers, confront treacherous plans of the elves, lead vengeful Orcs to the battle, oppose the creatures of Chaos, and of course the darkness will raise its flag over the green hills of Daenmor under his command.

The First part is very much liked, so bought this addon.
What can I say, if you liked the first part, play this addon is necessary, but do not pay for it money, use other methods to get the distribution of the game:)
Reason?
Terrible game transfer on Steam. In Addition to the main error with the launch (the decision is in the reviews of the game), a bunch of faulty bugs because of which it is not possible to pass some additional quests, a bunch of small errors leading to the crash of the game.

About the first part of this game I have preserved the warmest memories. Maybe If I pass it now, I'll change my mind, but that's not the point. Suffice it to say that I was positively biased towards the game. Finally, I'm going to play the second part.
The Game is boring, all the actions boil down to the routine processing of all the fauna on the map in the EKPU with periodic scene scenes at key points. Enemies are incapable of any resistance. The Camera, especially in the first mission, does everything to disorient the player, and, of course, a separate hello knitted in the textures of the soldiers. Ill-Conceived scripts on the maps also delivered problems, the benefit before the restart business did not reach. Having Not withstood more than one and a half campaigns, I have closed eyes and have carried from Winchester this miracle-sequel.

If A "Cannot initialize 3d" error pops up when you start the game. Try this method.
1) Open "Your Folder" \Staamapps\common\bitle Mages Sign of Darcnss\data 2) Open the file "config. cfg" using Notepad utility.
3) Use CTRL + F To Find the parameter vidHeight = 4) Set The value of this parameter to vidHeight = "1024" 5) using the CTRL + F key combination, find the parameter vidWidth = 6) Set The value of this parameter To vidWidth = "1280" 7) Save "CONFIG. cfg" 8) Start the game I Have the game started with the parameters vidHeight = "1024" and vidWidth = "1280", if still does not come out, experiment with these options: vidHeight = "768" and vidWidth = "1024" vidHeight = "600" and vidWidth = "800" Question to the guys From Targem/Buka, this bug is very old, surely could not fix it before the release on Steam?
