About

"There are bodies buried beneath the cherry trees!"

A Japanese poetic literature "Beneath The Cherry Trees(1928)" by Motojirō Kajii starts from a shocking sentence.
We made a short Visual Novel based on this story with Illustrator Kotori's watercolor works, beautiful photographs, and imposing musics.

This work is a FREE demonstration of Visual Novel Engine "AIRNovel"
It is also a good chance to try the smooth system of the engine.

Beneath The Cherry Trees / 桜の樹の下には reviews and comments

The Artwork is very nice and the Music knows how to Entertain. A small and short Story that takes only 5-10 Minutes of Reading Time. Why do I not recommend it anyway? The Technique is atrocious. No Full Screen possible, which with me simply cut the last Line out of the Picture. And first I was able to find that the Visual Novel had not initially started in English. I first had to go over the Steam Page to fix the Problem. It May be free, But I still expect a half-functioning Product. Such Annoyances ensure that one can only inadequately enjoy the actual Story and that the Overall Experience is ultimately reviled. I can only recommend them on the Pretext that we are aware of the Above problems. Too bad actually, because Content knows how to please the UN!

Beneath The cherry trees are buried corpses! This is how this work of literary poetry begins focusing on the poem "Beneath The Cherry Trees (1928)" by Motojirō Kajii, which focuses on the beauty of the cherry trees when they flourish, although it does so in a rather "peculiar" way, not to say directly that it is Disturbing to the most not power. This visual novel is very short, and when I say it is short is that it lasts 5 minutes and thanks. As discussed in the description they did to demonstrate the capacity of the engine with which it has been made, the AIRNovel, so did not seek to deepen and create a visual novel to use. At The artistic level it meets. The landscapes are beautiful, rendering style and the script of the young girl that appears is well designed and full of details, especially considering that what we have in hand is a visual novel at no cost. As far as audio is not crazy, but it's fine and I think it helps to nuance and give it more drama at certain times. On the other hand say that the game is translated into several languages, including Spanish, which is appreciated because it is not usual as far as visual novel is concerned. That Yes, the game is not folded to any language, but we do not find it necessary. We Do Not have achievements or letters, something predictable being a free game, but an achievement to finish it would not have been bad. Nothing more, especially because I took more time to write this analysis than to finish reading the novel XD. If I were to give it a score it would be a 5 and because it is free, but... It is Also advisable, since you read it in anything and is a new experience and different from what we are accustomed. PS: Thank You All for having spent a few minutes to read my analysis. I Hope you have served and for anything we are seeing by steam N. N Shortest Kinetic visual novel (No choices, only text to read) I've read so far, took me around 5-8 minutes. The Art for the character portrait was lovely, the photographs were OK, BGM was good. The translation to English isn't good, maybe the developers could hire someone to fix the mistakes? I managed to read a translation of the poem again on a website, so I could understand better what was happening. I think it was a good way to show how AIRNovel works. It would be nice to see more works from these developers, but with a better translation to English.
