Big Apple Nursery (by Dead Pixel)
About
Produced during the University of Portsmouth Game Jam 2018.
This platform game is inspired by David L. Levy, a children's rights activist. He was also an author who wrote a fantasy novel about a war. We've used these ideas to create our game.
You play as an original character named David, and your task is to rescue children in a post apocalyptic setting where New York has been taken over by plants. The name 'Big Apple Nursery' is a play on words, as a nursery is both a place to buy plants and a place to send children.
Controls: A = left, D = right, Space = jump.
Apples give you health. Water and sharp objects will harm you. Try to rescue all of the children. Good luck!
