Inspired by games like Super Smash Bros., SpeedRunners, and Move or Die, Bit Crushers is an arcade style, 2D side-scrolling, free-for-all arena. Players control pixelated avatars capable of running and double-jumping through the arena. Only the fast survive—players accelerate to achieve maximum speed and ram into other players to destroy them. Players only have three lives, so they must make each one count. Last player alive is the ultimate Bit Crusher.

This game was created for an Overview of Gaming (GMAP260) course at Drexel University. Our group was tasked to design and create a full game within 5 weeks. Most of our members had never touched Unity, some never even made a game before! We've certainly learned a lot and are excited to see how you and your friends enjoy the game!
