Bit Gambit

A short wave-based shooter created by Jake Ellis for the FFS 2022 GameJam. Music provided by Alexey Kasyanchuk.

CONTROLS

WASD = Move

Space = Jump, press again in midair to double jump

LMB = Fire

ESC = Pause

TIPS & TRICKS

If you're having some trouble reaching the end, here's some quick tips for you!

- Jumping grants you a small amount of invincibility, so use your jump to avoid being surrounded!

- Your health is fully restored on levels 4, 8 and 12, so if you're down to your last pip, don't worry! Just aim to level up ASAP!

- Keep an eye on the "ENEMY BEHIND" alert at the bottom of the screen. It can save you from taking damage from sneakier enemies!

- Every time you reload you have a small chance to get a powerful Super weapon, so don't be shy about burning through ammo!
