After the death of your wife, a lot has changed in you, and the way you've dealt with it may not have been the best.

You understand that you need to speak to her again, so you seek out a device used in World War II to contact the dead.

Since you don't know what you'll encounter along the way, you bring your revolver and end up using it, along with other weapons, to kill spirits once you enter an intermediary world between the material and the spiritual.

You'll have to face what comes from the dark, deal with the remnants of soldiers, confront your own fears, and find a way to delve even deeper.

The game "Bordermind: Thoughts and Visions Beyond the Limits" is a retro first-person shooter with classic attractions typical of games in this genre. It features some one-time-only elements, others that are repetitive, boss fights, variety of weapons, a few easy puzzles, and bits of story scattered throughout.

As a horror game, it is quite dark, offers plenty of jump scares in various ways, and has an ending that is different from what one might expect, much like a good horror story.
