BRAKEOWT is 2/3 of a breakout clone for PICO-8

Implemented features:

• multiple levels
• multiple balls
• particle effects
• multiple block types

Known issues:

• math errors in the paddle code that result in oddball collisions

Controls:

• Left/Right arrow keys to move the paddle
• Z to start game

Fill up the gauge at the top-right by breaking bricks. Press Z when it's full (flashing) to launch a second ball. You can use this to beat levels faster, or to save yourself if you can't get to the last ball in time.

If you drop the last ball, press Z to launch a new ball (resets score to zero)
