Bullet Purgatory (ApeHardware)

An old project I made in Game Maker some years ago, salvaged and made slightly less horrific.

Bullet Purgatory is a strange yet fun mix between a bullet hell and a fighting game where things can get so crazy that button massing can be a viable tactic, featuring 18 bizarre characters, each one with their own bullet hell attacks.

Controls:

• Arrow keys : move character
• Z : main attack 1
• X : main attack 2
• C : cheat attack
• Space : special attack
• Esc : close game
• P : pause game
