A little metroïdvania in a world of witches and kittens. It takes 8 hours to get back on some disgusting platforms to do with the pixel close but with an imworld maneuverability (made to the joystick). The menus have a kind of frame lag, some passages take place at mid speed (genre when there are many items displayed), and 2 passages in the game are made in "mount" that sticks to the walls and is at the limit of the feasible. The puzzles proposed are based on object displacement by gravity all bugged, so even having understood, the hardest is to solve it without a crate being stuck in a wall. More and more unbearable, with a nice pinnacle of unplayability towards the end. The +: it's a little metroïd, we collect stuff and we become strong it is sometimes pretty-: it is sometimes unplayable the level design is pretty gross (kind of pillars in the foreground that are embedded no matter how in the décor) the portraits come out of Paint no voice or sound during dialogues or menus, just background music, thoroughly. The cat-based cardboard scenario the "companions" (weapons) are half useless short, must cling worse than a dark soul for the equivalent of a small Flash game without consistence. Shocked disfigured.

Very nice pixelstyle game with a map style like castlevania games, many quests, side quests, secrets to find, treasures to loot and kitties to fallow, Items to find collect, and upgrade, nice humor, very awesome music, a diary to fill and bosses with a fair difficulty. This game also has a fable for kitties, but in my opinion, there could be more cats inside the game (exspecially in the Catmaze part). I had to play the game a second time since my first did no longer allow me to get the bad ending :D Downsides would be that those awesome character drawings in the text sequences do often not fit with the pixelstyle figures. (Example: Volibor has his scarf over his mouth in the picture but the character itself has the scarf far lower) And I expected more cats. (Intro aside and counting reappearing cats once, there are 13.5 cats inside the game) Bugs and features by 26th July 2018: -You can understand Bayn without the dictionary. -You can no longer buy healing potions if you obtained a total of 3 potions, but you can actually have more than this number if you pick up a potion from the ground afterwards. In my second playthrough I managed to get to the boss with 8 healing potions. -Tutsan can be thrown through walls and ceillings. You can hit certain switches early with it (west from the town) and defeat enemies throught the ceilling above you. -In the room where you can obtain a range upgrade for Svarg, you can hit the mushroom early with a meely familar even before aquiring Svarg and still collect the upgrade scroll. When you obtain Svarg later, you instantly have increased range. -Alesta knows certain things that she never asked people for, if you skip dialogues/diary pages. Like she knew that Volibor looks for Turlich grass despite she never spoke with him to get this info (the diary entry for Volibor's first meeting was empty in this case) -You can poision and kill Cauldreons in cages and ice golems that lie on the floor. Certain shadow beasts and bosses can not be poisioned. All in all it was a very great game which is totally worth the purchase. I would rate it 9/10 :)
