Cavern Quake

A chaotic little game made for the Brackeys Jam 2021.2, Let There be Chaos!

Survive level after level of the caverns as you clear out the crystal nests infecting them, how deep can you go?

Levels are procedurally generated, and it only gets harder with each level you beat so good luck!

How to play:

1. Follow the indicators to the nests
2. Deploy the harvester to destroy the nest
3. Get to the exit
4. Survive!

Controls:

• WASD to move
• Mouse to aim and shoot
• Q to deploy the harvester 
• F1 cycles through resolutions and F11 sets fullscreen, but the window can be resized as well

Known Bugs:

• Boulder hitbox is doubled in size (Sorry Drew)
• Exit spawns 8 pixels too low on the first level sometimes
• Harvester distance warning persists if the harvester finishes during the warning
• If you enter then leave the range of a nest you can place a harvester and throw an error
