City builder/Idle game prototype

Prototype for a City Builder mixed with Idle mechanics. There are bugs, and several of the systems aren't properly connected/setup yet (primarily the Research tab), as well as a handful of subsystems and math broke when it was moved over to the latest version of Godot, but most of it is working again
Controls for the demo:
- Left mouse button to interact and place buildings
- Right mouse button to remove buildings (when placement marker is visible)
- W,A,S,D keys for moving around the map (Space bar increases the speed)
NOTE: You can activate the placement marker by clicking on a building in the buildings tab, and remove it by Right Clicking an empty tile on the map
