Among the games that resume the principle of nonogram, Pictopix is clearly one of the most successful.
Only positive for this game that will appeal to the followers of the picross as to the novices of the genre. Indeed the tutorial and the few basic rules allow to quickly solve its first puzzles logically.
The whole game to a small "Zen" side. Here no race to the stopwatch, one solves each level at its rhythm and in a rather pleasant music.
The interface is clear and the gameplay to the mouse is successful. The paintings are pleasant to discover and available in large quantities with the workshop.
And his little more: the Studio is French...

As a beginner, I really enjoyed Pictopix which clearly explains the rules of the game before we start and which offers a gradual journey towards larger and more complex grids.
I found the game very addictive, very stimulating and the images very enjoyable to discover. The background music invites you to relax, one or two additional variants would be appreciable.
Finally I particularly liked, in the workshop, the freedom to create grids of very varied sizes, according to our desires and the motive chosen, to share them with others as well as the possibility to discover those of other players. The workshop is very active, so the game is renewed daily!
I highly recommend this game, which reserves many hours of pleasant relaxation!

Very good picross-like with sleek design, the gameplay certainly classic, but still as addictive! Exactly in the vein that a paint it back in fact, with a little something more (difficulty modular, in a way that seemed more stimulating) and a little something less (the title of the tables is much more sober) (even update of 04/2018). In total are available nearly 150 puzzles and a well provided workshop, as much as a colossal content!
Edit (12/2017): 45 puzzles have been added, from 30 x 15 to 40 x 40, with new successes to the key and a minimum lifetime doubled, all for free. We have to admit that it is well worth a small increase.
Edit (04/2018): decidedly, the developer of this game really has to heart to do well! What was a small "gap" (the word is a little strong, I agree), namely the austere title of the tables, was corrected with the integration of an option. Option that will however be accessible only by solving a certain puzzle, downloadable on the workshop.
Edit (04/2019): and an extra batch, one! Added in March three large mosaics, composed respectively of 63 puzzles 10x10, 48 puzzles 15x15, then 20 puzzles 20x20. In other words, a good package of hours of play in addition, for our greatest pleasure!
Verdict: 5/5-the faultless, to buy the eyes closed!
