Clandestinity of Elsie

I didn't expect that. A game of shooting, horror and survival, with RPG maker? Oh, Yes. He is very successful, both in terms of his agonizing atmosphere and his "fights" of shooting in real time. The music seems to be just a piece or two in a loop, but they stick well with the game universe. Our hero is also friendly and the other characters I have met so far, the mechanic, the mysterious "hat man", as well as the little Alice, are all charming. Recommended.

Silent Hill in RPG Maker. So you could define Clandestinity of Elsie. Despite the graphics, the game is able to create a great tension through the atmosphere, and how dangerous are the enemies. A great success is that your only weapon is a revolver, which you have to recharge after each shot, so that the enemy can reach you at that time. The use of the flashlight and the lighting is very well implemented, especially taking into account the lack of the engine. A soundtrack and a few sound effects, but they are able to create tension. Very Good game, no doubt.

A survival horror made under RPG maker... & a great surprise astonishment!! Not being very fan of games under RPG maker especially when they turn J-RPG but here nothing to see....! So we really have to do a pure survival-horror gameplay with a few weapons & an inventory system. A dark and creepy atmosphere well worked out with a story & a well-tortured narration. at the Silent Hill... The only complaint we could make is the very labyrinthine part (in the forced sewers) that shoots in length... It's still pretty short 4H, but pretty intense & friendly for a little game!

Accustomed to FPS, racing games, 3D, shaders, textures of Follies.... at the base I'm not a big fan of 2D RPG but I confess that this "small" cheap game is more than honest and for several reasons:-there is a real story-the "hero" is an anti hero, it galère, it is addict-the maps are large and provided in detail , and especially varied-the difficulty is gradual, there are helpers to help find the interractions (deactivable)-the atmosphere is well managed-the creators have managed to make a real survival horror with RPG maker! Nice torch shot and dynamic lighting:)-we want to play, explore, it lasts.... I have not yet finished so I do not know the lifespan but for now it looks well correct! -management of the keyboard config (Azerty)/gamepad-ON a gun!!!!! What I do not like:-the design of monsters and Creepers not terrible-lags sometimes when one sits on the "bottom" of a map, a little hot considering the nature of the game, probably the shadow casting that does not look original on RPG maker. brief! for the price requested go! It changes RPG with magicians soldiers who leave to deliver a Princess by leaving in the forest fighting Mons... Oh wait!
