In my opinion, the game is average. The narration is uncatchy because it consists of blocks of text.
I do not always see the relationship between the so-called race and the narration. It is only a pretext for the different events but does not fit directly into the race. For example, at one point we meet a guru, our character finds faith yet it does not feel. We could have added buffs to our car or changed paint. Our character takes drugs in history. We don't feel it in the race. We do not have enemies but we never feel to confront them since the cars of the opponents are all the same.
It is this lack of connection between the race and the narration that brings some gloom and some boredom in the long run. The developers have however made the effort to include different types of race (arena, race, object Hunt, King of Hill...), but it is useless if the player does not see the interest to chain it all. The side quests are anecdotal, serve only to farm and consist of a grime recovery of the same type of history mode race.
The game is appreciable for the customization side of the cars (little expanded though) and its arcade gameplay. It can please but only at low prices or in bundles.

So for starters, I don't like racing games....
It's been like this since I was little (although a Mario Kart between friends does not reface me.)
But there is a racing game that always makes me feel good, it's Carmageddon.....
The first one is fun, border-line, quirky and extreme defulating (despite a certain heaviness...)
Not having the means to pay me the suites, I was around on youpass, looking for a game to spend a little time, being an eternal indecis, I opt for a random key at 0.89 cents.
I activate it with apprehension, not to fall on a puzzle game or an object Finder.....
Clutch arrives on my steam game list and, looking at the screen of the game, it reminds me strongly of the censored version of Carmmagedon (you know, the German version with the zombies!!!!)
After judging on my PC, I run the game.....
So, for starters, I really like the rock/metal atmospheres that can be found in certain games and even certain movies...
I like zombies, even if it's too much on our screens....
I like the sensations of speed....
I love the post-apocalyptic universes....
And I love clementines....
But there:-the music is unbearable.
-Zombies are secondary completions!!!!
-I feel like having PETA the car at Derrick-the city is boring, Carmageddon is more of an open-world than that!
-I no longer have clementines...
For €10, take Carmageddon.
Even better!
Take Carmageddon on mobile!!!
You will certainly spend better moments in public transport than in front of clutch.....
I still want to emphasize the small detail: your headlights make red light when the blood covers your bumper....
