Colonization Redirect

On colonization and the importance of proper paperwork and software gore.

Due to a current bug in the Colonization Services application page, incorrectly formatting your destination (bringing up the handy #400 error) has a very slight chance of changing your destination to the widely maligned Deathworld #400. Our Dev-AIs are still tracking down the bug but have assured us that the probability is minuscule, and that surely the reports saying otherwise are just overblown :)

A game of chance and figuring out how to maximize the short-term Cumulative Happiness Index of your planet. No worries though, as the Suffering Index has since been deprecated, making your job much easier and less depressing.
