About

Collect thousands of cards, build exciting decks, then pit them against cunning AI opponents in the campaign and skirmish modes, or play against others via our cross-platform multiplayer servers. Make the top 100 for a big monthly prize, or just chill out playing one of the many specialised gameplay types just for fun.Gameplay
Choose your starter deck and battle through the extensive single player campaign to build your forces and customise your collection. Go heavy with the brute-force melee Warriors, support them with Archers, or throw in a few big bangs with the Mages; the choice is yours.

Supplement your deck with weapons, armor, instant spells and more. Balance and planning is key to make sure you get the cards you need at just the right time.

The battles are unforgiving - topple your opponent’s Hero before they nail yours. Positioning is everything as you claim bonus tiles on the board and out-manoeuvre your foes. Most of your Monsters have special abilities like Teleportation, Meteor Shower and Heal to name just a few. These can be game-changers if used at the right moment.Key Features
  • Card Gaming Evolved – Combat Monsters combines the best elements of collectible card games with action-packed turn-based strategy gaming. Building a good deck is only half the story - once the gameplay starts, you must play and manoeuvre your pieces on the game board, battling them out like a standard RPG.
  • Strategize – A complete Deck Building package lets you customise multiple decks, so special tactics for each mode are not just viable, they’re encouraged.
  • Extensive Multiplayer - Built primarily as a multiplayer game, Combat Monsters doesn’t disappoint in the Online Arena. We have tense 1v1s, mad 6-player free-for-alls and everything in between. Real-time or asynchronous, the choice is yours. An automated rating system will keep you challenged fairly no matter your experience level.
  • Massive Content – 3,000+ cards with unique abilities and upgrades will you keep you busy deck-building between the fighting. Over 1,600 of them are unique combat monsters, each with their own strengths, weaknesses, special abilities and racial abilities.

This is a cross plaftorm game, available on other formats such as iOS and Android, and requires internet access to Rubicon's game server to allow play with players on other platforms. Once you have a game account created, you can play through the game on any supported platform, changing between them seamlessly.

24 man-years in the making by a BAFTA nominated studio, Combat Monsters is now in it's fifth major expansion with still more to come in future.

Good Mix of TCG and Lap Strategy with bearable InApp Purchases. Extensive Single Player Campaign and both normal and asynchronous Multiplayer. The Interface could be improved and the Graphics could also be nicer. Since I play almost only on my Android tablet/phone, the Point with the Graphics doesn't bother me so much though.

Beautiful Mix of Trading Card game and turn-based Tactics game. Tradingcardgames are many, but the Combination with tactical Battles is rare and has succeeded very well here. Kurzwei-like entertainment with tactical Depth that also works well across platforms (PC/Android/iOS). Personally, I enjoy more Than many of my Full Prize AAA titles!

Oh... dear Lord!!! Mobile Game Port = 100% PAY 2. Oh, the Times were still nice when there was still such a thing as a quality check at Steam ... Slowly, everyone can think of "games" here. I gallub I start to tinker with a really cheap bad Flash Game make it 10% ready haue it for 9.90 Euros on Early Acces then finish as 1% or 2% until it is soooo ... 11% or 12% is done and then I say the whole THANK YOU for YOUR KOHLE YOUR IDIOTEN. Already sad what has become of Steam.

Good Evening together, my Girlfriend and I just started the Game. Our First Impressions:-Fun Fun-Is not a Game that Requires too much time investment-Great Creativity in deck composition-Many different Game modes-setting (at least sometimes in the Tutorial)-Clear Strutted and not too complicated Negative there from Our Site so far eig. Nothing at all, the Only thing, perhaps, is that the Protagonists are always on glowing Coals at the Beginning of the Match?! :D If You want to get a taste of the Game, we can only recommend it. If You want to take a Look, here's our Let's Play: http://Let's Play Combat Monsters #01

A Free-to-Play Card card Game that combines with a round-based board game in concept. I find especially the Games on big Cards that offer quite Potential for Nobeling positive: Which Unit do I place on which field to develop Defensive and Offensive balanced. However: The Graphics as Top-Down are clearly but with very chunky Models. The Textures are screamingly colorful for that, and much too colorful for me personally. The smaller Cards are very limited in tactics. The 2D of the Cards is rather ugly. Due to the F2P, there is of course again the Possibility to meet P2W players in the PvP. I suspect that a Tablet game for the PC Has been ported here and therefore the Graphics Engine is so limited for Performance reasons. In the wide Field Of this Genre I have to position the Game in the bottom Third, there are, including F2P, significantly better Games. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=31cz2nyMkNs
