Hi here is a very strange game;
We would almost think it out of a young old strategist Hat!
The universe looks new but the workings are of an old world: everything is managed in combat by the computer and you only have intervention in the number of "soldiers" that you send... THE I. To whom the fight then is just almost random and there is no certainty that your troops having the most experience is more... Each opponent with a "lucky" draw, not visible the possibility of randomly killing an ally... It may be said that between all the "races", the one proposing either troops with higher standards of living, or of the allies summoned, are more likely... Byebye the dwarves too light.. and as you are in a race scheme to whoever has the most troops, it is a prefer still the troops that spawn less often but who resistent! Those who make this game a "frustrating" game because always turning to this simple mechanics... Be careful not to forget the regular savveguards; because hours of play are often needed in large cards.... We would have liked an automatic backup system.. which shows how much this game is to the mechanics antiqulote

Much more accessible than a dominions (but equally ugly), conquest of Elysium is a heroes of might & magic like a very good Bill, in an extremely rich universe.
Its simplicity of access is unfortunately its greatest default, no city management, no constructions, just the recruitment of units/heroes to go banging on the face of the independents and other players, all in automatic resolution (we have when even the right to a replay of the fights, but apart from the spells that one team for our Mages, one has no influence on it).
We will fight the villages and other mines or libraries that bring us valuable resources to every turn in order to recruit ever more.
The 6 planes are a real plus, killing a unit will not destroy it, it will change the plan to end up in that of the dead (as much as telling you that it is a plan that becomes a little dangerous in mid/end game), banishing a demon will return it in its infernal plan , and one can (hardly) go from one plane to another to chase it in order to destroy it definitively.
I have not yet experimented with this whole system, but it is very allel, who knows what monstrosity will be attracted in our world by opening a portal to one of the plans?
And icing on the cake, it's playable in multiplayer, the game being easy to take in hand, and since we have not so many things to manage, it allows fast laps, and therefore more nerve parts (cuckoo dominions and your towers of 4 days IRL) I recommend all of same, but do not expect the same complexity or possibilities as in a dominions:)
