What to say.... From afar? Cubemen appears as a little game of friendly indie strategy. The minimalist style is rather fly, and the few customization options proves to be funny. The principle rests on that of the inverted tower defense, where we will send minions attacking an enemy base protected by another player. But once in, it is a real catastrophe: the game has 10 types of units, each costing 10 credits more than the previous one, credits winning by baffling the soldiers of the opponent. But (I'm sure, it's a devs troll) some expensive units are useless! So we find ourselves in an unbalanced game at the level of the quality/price system. Second round: this strategy game has no strategic option! I explain: when a unit is purchased, it only follows the one proposed path to the opposing base by tapping on what it sees. One can possibly tell him to stop on the way or to retreat, but there is nothing to build strategies, traps or ambushes. Then the parties are summed up to the one who will send the most units in the face of the other from the outset, because it is strictly impossible to get out of a situation of defeat. No Annex path to take on backhand, no improvement of anything, no class, no power. Walk on the path, Pat and buckle. In short, I cannot decently recommend Cubemen because of an imbalance of units and a total lack of possible strategies.
