Dark Depths

This game is part of my final paper

The entire game takes place in caves, where as the player advances, he will encounter stronger enemies and new challenges to achieve his goal, which is to collect the hidden treasure. 

The gameplay is based on the Roguelike mechanics with randomly generated stages, permanent death and gradual evolution as the player advances, besides a strong inspiration in the game Bombermam 3, developed by Hudson Soft, containing the dynamics of labyrinthine areas with destructible blocks and monsters, while the player tries to pass the stage, for more containing a system of power-ups that are found as the progression.

The player will control the main character, entitled Ruschel, with inspirations from famous figures from adventure movies.

The game is not finished, so it may present several bugs.
