Actually Looks promising. And that's for small Money and old Hardware. Unfortunately, my Controller is only partially supported. Flying by Controller doesn't work with it, because the Sticks for Navigating, of all things, don't work out. Too bad, but I can't put it that way because I'm just playing at the Notebook. The Keyboard Layout and the Mousepad are a real Hurdle.

Darkstar One is an old Game, back then you didn't have the technique that exists today and yet rebel Galaxy Can't compete with the 2001 Freelancer. DarkStar One is a Game where exploring the Universe and the Freedom to work like a Freelancer stands at first line. For Arcade Fans, darkstar One is just a moderate Game. I like it very much and have modified a German Steam Version myself.

Not too bad in the genre, the spaceships are pretty cool, and the idea of changing the shape of the ship is a little fun detail. It would have been perfect with a less linear story and more tactical choices about the choice of ship's equipment depending on the missions. I would have liked to say that it is little too short if the missions were less repetitive, despite different modes of play (spacial combat and aerial combat) and types of missions a little different.

A very good space opera, in the line of a freelancer (but in view cockpit), exploration less. The playground is vast, the number of system is substantial but we will be confined the majority of the time jumped from system to system and stay on the outskirts of the jumping doors. We will seldom need to really venture into distant space. The script is fine but no more. The missions are extremely repetitive, whether they are primary or secondary. We have here to make pure and hard grind, the amateurs will be delighted. Despite this grind, no frustration in evolution all this done in a natural way. One ship available, the one we give you at the beginning of the game. The latter is nonetheless degradable which will change its look and its attributes. The fights are dynamic and one can easily be bounty hunter where mercenary and enrich themselves in order to be able to equip without having to do to a boring commercial activity. What I remember from this little game: + a vast universe + a scenario rather correct + the aspect "RPG": upgrade of the ship + dynamic fights + non-indispensable merchant activity to enrich-limited exploration-a scenario that lacks a hair depth-u n single and unique playable spaceship fans of space opera will be delighted, the graphics of the time not slowing the urge to discover and go further in the game. One recommended without hesitation.
