Darwin Project takes place in a dystopian post-apocalyptic landscape in the Northern Canadian Rockies. As preparation for an impending Ice Age, a new project, half science experiment half live-entertainment, is launched. It's called "Darwin Project" and it challenges 10 participants to survive the cold and fight to the death in a treacherous arena.
KEY FEATURES:
- MANHUNT & SURVIVAL:
Track the position of enemies, by using environmental clues they left behind and be creative with your use of crafted traps to take the upperhand. The biting cold of the Northern Canadian Rockies will also slowly freeze you should you be careless.

- SHOW DIRECTOR:
The Show Director is the living bridge between the players and spectators. He/She is the host and master who controls the arena with nuclear bombs, zone closures, gravity storms, and the power of their voice. This could be a real tool of self discovery; the start of your new career as a charming but deadly game show host.
- LIVE SPECTATOR INTERACTIONS:
Stream viewers on Mixer can also bet live on the competitors they think will reign supreme, in addition to helping the Show Director choose targets for their arena-shaping powers. Whether they’re voting on which player deserves a death-defying heal or which zone to nuke, it’s time for spectators to become active participants in the manhunt!
To try out this feature, Darwin Project devs will be hosting matches on https://mixer.com/DarwinProject as Show Directors during the entire duration of the Open beta weekend (from 4pm to 7pm (EST)).

Early Access Review Have looked in briefly. It's a good Game. Had no errors etc. But mine, unfortunately, it's not. I think the People who love that kind of one will find the Game Top.

Early Access Review watched a twitch stream. fell in love with Darwin Project. stoped playing Fortnite and i wasnt a casual, top 100 Germany. bought Darwin Project. and it's 100x better than ♥♥♥♥nite

Early Access Review Simple Perfect! :D I hate Fortnite, likes PUBG, but this one exceeds anything. And free of charge and you can really BUY NOTHING with real money. No Plan for how they fund it, but still a Recommendation for everyone. : 3-Rrr

Early Access Review What can I say ... A great Game! The new Mix of Survival, saved with Survival thanks to weather influence and Last Man Standing is already very funny. If you then catch a funny or a Moderator with a great Game overview, it's all the more Fun! The Community is so far very entertaining and quite nice to each other! I would also like to emphasise that in the same way. In the EA Phase I rarely buy Games, but you can definitely make an Exception here!

Early Access Review Darwin Project: Survival of the Fittest Darwin Project unfortunately has a very manageable Community at the moment, although it has a lot of Potential. Gameplay First, you'll be thrown into a Lobby of a maximum of 10 Players. Here you can look at your Competitors before facing each other in the freezing Tundra. In each Round, there is also a Presenter who controls a large Drone with which he can fly over the Map and watch the Players Scramble. From a certain Level, you can become a Moderator yourself. The Moderator can either support the Players during the Round or create Excitement. So he can gift a freezing Player warms, or gather several Parties by Shrinking the Map to Create Confrontations. The remaining 10 Players fight each other in either 2-team, or Solo, while the Card gets smaller and smaller. This is done by "Closing" individual Areas. These should not be entered afterwards, as you freeze here much faster. You start with an Axe, a Bow and a Coat. Both Weapons and the Coat can be customized before the Start of the Round. You can choose between different Arrows while Arching and support your Style of play with the Coat. This can be done, for Example, by a warmer Coat, which keeps you warm for longer, or through a lighter coat that makes you run faster. In the Round itself, you will only find Raw Materials to either improve your Weapons or craft new Equipment. A clear "Purchase" or Trial Recommendation, is after all free-to-play!
