Dear Son, 

Dad is dying. He's got some sort of virus that can only be cured with 10 magic hearts, 10 frozen hearts, and 10 fire hearts. It is a dangerous and long  journey, but unfortunately, that's the only way. If you're up for it, be careful, we love you.
