in "debug hero" the places, enemies, and items are all procedural

debug hero commands:

• d(e) - explore the local region for baddies and loot
• d(p) - view your player statistics
• d(r) - pay to rest in an inn to regain your health
• d(b) - fight the boss of the local region
• d(t) - travel to another region
• d(h) - view this help command list

press ctrl + r to restart the game
