Defend the Beacon

Defend the Beacon is part tower defense, part 3rd-person shooter. Your goal is to stay alive (and keep your beacon alive) until a rescue ship arrives. Gather resources and use them to upgrade your mech, or to build defensive turrets. Decimate alien scum with your minigun, or blow them apart with powerful rockets.

Controls: 

• WASD to move your mech. 
• Hold right-mouse button and pan with mouse to turn. 
• Left-click to harvest resources.
• [Space] to fire minigun; [E] to fire rockets.
• Hold [R] when standing near a damaged turret or the beacon to repair it. (costs resources)

Download Instructions:

• Click the Download button to download a zipped folder.
• Unzip the contents into a folder of your choice.
• Open the folder and double-click on DefendTheBeacon.exe
• Enjoy!
