Defense Zone 2 reviews and comments

Just like Ombrellune, I'm an unconditional fan of the Tower Defense games. So I bought "DF" by instinct, falling on it by chance ^^ I thought "molded, we'll see if he can do as well as Kingdom rush" (fun level, gameplay etc). My evaluation will surely seem odd because in 1 week I already have 52h of game (on the 2 and 3 that I bought at the same time) and yet I will only talk about negative points. For any fan of Tower Defense, it's a pure treat, but really!!! For the laymen of the genre (hihi), it will really be a good initiation. @Ombrellune pointed out in the previous assessment that the game had a lot of negative points, nothing nasty but quite frustrating. No info, indication on the turrets (except after having built it and paused)... well, that again if you are used to playing TD, you adapt quickly... No specialization of the towers (unlike Kingdom rush where for each style of turrets, there are 2 specializations, which varies the part a minimum). But for me, the big, the enooooooooooooorme point black defense zone 2 & 3, it is in addition to having an interface that eats a good part of the screen, is that you do not see the whole map in its entirety!!!! Basically the map is divided into 3 horizontal parts, so if you run the top of the map and you want to see the bottom of the map and you will have to descend from "2 notches" on the screen. It's a small detail but it will be so frustrating that it'll make you scream out of rage at times. More seriously, it is really handicating (unless you know by heart which units will appear at such time in the game). Unless you pause, we have before the eyes that a third of the map, so you say for example "good it goes, I manage like a roxxor, good turrets well placed, we are good, go vienndez!!!!!" ...... and PAF you will see that you will have already lost several life points without having any idea of what happened. Another black point related to this is that it is impossible to see, after launching the game, the pathfinding of enemy units (especially the flying ones). You will also see very quickly that on the 8 available turrets, only 3 are really useful (the turret that freezes/slows the enemies, the rocket launcher and the mortar cannon), let's go crazy the "electric" turret can be useful in some early part. But defense zone 1 & 2, are really excellent Tower Defense game, very far above most other TD. You will have for dozens of hours of play and all that for 3 euros the game..... than happiness, jump on it! :) PS: the icing on the turret (lol) is that on some maps, there are up to 50 waves of enemies..... youhou, it's the party of panties!

Really interesting game and advancing with the screens requires a good deal of strategy, sometimes it serves to repeat several times the same level to figure out how to position the weapons and succeed in passing it

Great app for those looking for a game of strategy simple, intuitive, but not for this easy. The more you advance in level, the harder the evidence is to support you to win. My son is 6 years old and he's already playing alone. 5 stars.

Perfect "Tower Defense" to my liking! The graphics are nice, the actions simple to achieve and the game play is at the top;-) In my opinion, it is a "must have" on Mac, iPhone or even better on iPad since it is more enjoyable still on the finger...

There must be more Games from this Strain ... Well, that at the 4th Level with "heavy" as a score will actually be hard to defend the Zone ... Very positive: Graphic ... You would have in the Options the Voices like, for example. "Hellfire" can make it Changeable (volume) ... But that's also the only thing that annoys ...

I would have put not 5, but 10 stars because I'm having a lot of fun for those who like Tower defense, this game is the maximum many beautiful levels replayable several times without getting bored but there is a problem!!!! Especially at the hard level when I save and reopen or the game crashes permanently or reopens with malfunctions on the keys very few times starts again normally PLEASE, REMEDIED

When we buy this game, what we are looking for is strategy, to be able to pose different turrets and to be able to improve them, to have different cards, and well this game simply includes all of that! You can put the language in French, there are different difficulties for beginners, there is strategy, in short the total. A very good game that I highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of game, plus it is really cheap;)

Sure, the Game has been upgraded quite well, even the new Features "Airstrike" And the new "Tornado" are a really good Addition. Especially the Tornado is really Fun when it is well placed. To my Taste, however, 13 Levels for £4.454in have been a little too lean. If Improved, there is an Asterisk extra. I would forgive the fifth Asterisk with better Graphics, because when zooming it quickly loses its Reputation with the current Version.
