About
Welcome to the long-awaited sequel to the popular action/strategy game! New weapons, landscapes, and options galore! Every game session is now even more dynamic and amazing.
The core of the game is still the same: entire armies of enemies rush at your defenses, trying to destroy them by any means necessary. But now they’re even more powerful and madder than ever.
You’ll have access to older, time-tested turrets, as well as completely new types of weapons. It’s up to you to decide how to spend your available budget. Should you build new towers or upgrade and fortify the ones you already have? Turrets vary in terms of their attack range, firing speed, and damage type. The only way to win is to combine them so that they complement and strengthen one another.
The flexible difficulty settings will allow every player to get as much enjoyment out of the game as possible. If you’re an experienced commander, you’ll love the merciless, intense battles where the countdown where even a fraction of a second is vital to success and everything hinges on your ability to choose and arrange your turrets wisely. If you’re a new player, you’ll easily be able to train and prepare yourself for serious battles.
Either way, the thoughtfully designed maps and wide range of available turrets will provide you with virtually endless tactical options. Thanks to the stunning, detailed landscapes, painstakingly drawn towers, and incredible special effect, you won’t be able to take your eyes off the screen.
All aspects of the game have been meticulously balanced, including tower statistics, enemy strength, terrain characteristics, and special weapons. You’ll never get bored by too-easy gameplay. Every level will challenge you. Are you ready to accept the challenge?

* Patch 1.1.2 of the 06.06.2016: There are the 4 Difficulty levels Light, Normal, Hart and Nightmare. Normally, a Challenge and Nightmare on most Maps was impossible before. The Developer has overreacted after some Criticism, Drastically reducing the Level of difficulty on most Maps.
* Later Patches: With Map 15, the Developer has returned to the old Level of difficulty, but then completely turned off on later Maps. :(
The third Part of Defense Zone was a beautiful Evolution of the good classic Tower Defense Series. Nothing Fundamental has changed about the Game principle itself and, as with predecessors, there is no Story.
The Graphics are improved and the Maps are slightly larger. A lot of Detailed Measurements have been made.
There are new additional Special Attacks with which the Player can intervene in the Fight, for my Taste there are too many and their Role is too important. In the mobile version you buy these Special Attacks and the business there seems to work well, but the Balancing of the PC version has suffered nastly.
This balancing rubbish cannot be explained otherwise.
Opponents There are flight and Ground Units again, with the Flight Units having their own Paths and several Waves being announced in advance. Now also hostile Units on Water are new. In the Ground Units there are only InfanTrists and different Types of armored Vehicles, this remains a Weak Point of the Series.
The Waves are a little too long. Between the Waves there is a short Pause in which you can see where In the next Wave enemies appear.
Opponents can come from multiple entrances and Exits. The Exit of an Opponent can be the Entrance of another Opponent.
As the last Wave, usually one or more armored Bosses come.
Towers There are no pre-planned Tower Sites, but Building areas on which you can build your Towers. The Towers have different Space requirements and can be improved 5x. The construction and Construction Orders can be done in a Break in play.
It is the same 8 Towers as in its Predecessor. They seem better balanced.
From Level 2, Towers recharge their hellfire boost.
With the Target Priorities there Are now 5 Settings and you can also choose which types of Enemies a Tower should shoot on (Bodenn, Air and Water) Other soon There is neither Manual nor Tutorial.
Selectable speed for the Game's Acceleration Mode.
There are now 20 Maps, for a single one you can need more than 1h.
You can't influence The Paths of the Opponents.
You can load any previous Wave and try anew.
Conclusion It was such a nice classic Tower Defense Game, unfortunately the Balancing of the PC version is now totally murky.
Therefore, just a horizontal Thumb.
I paid £2.99for the Game and that's fine.

If you don't even have a Chance in "easy" mode, then the Game is funnierless! I play to relax and not get even more upset! Too bad Parts 1 and 2 were really great. Part 3 has destroyed my good Opinion about Game and Developer. Game is cleared with a heavy Heart from the Hard Drive!

First two editions bought and could not wait that Part 3 would come out, however at part 3 which is very nice you will not go if you do not invest extra money to make purchases in the game.
I find if you buy a game then you should be free VAM hidden fees as with the first 2 editions therefore unfortunately only 3 stars.

Says dear Development Team; ' it's still??? '
I have nothing against a demanding Tower Defense Game, played Parts 1 and 2 to Excess but part 3 is something for Psycho-masochists.
From Level 7 in the Game setting "Easy" no longer to be created. Too Many Opponents and too little time/money to upgrade accordingly.
Whoever is supposed to get this done, I don't.
Please make improvements, then there is also a better Assessment.

Hello everybody,
I played all 3 parts of the game and I have to admit that the 2nd is still the best.
Defense Zone is for me the best, or one of the best, defense games out there and I was waiting unpatiently for that 3rd part to arrive.
It did entertain me and it’s a nice touch that you can play it with no need of paying extra money but the gameplay is not strategic enough to live up to part 2 or even part 1. Sometimes you are just watching the tanks rolling through and you do not need to push any buttons at all for a couple of minutes. Talking here about the gameplay by normal strength of the computer opponent.
Nevertheless, I gave it 4 stars as it had develloped in matter of weaponry and it’s just a blast to watch this tons and tons of metal running along your defense lines :)
If you never played Defense Zone…..defenitly buy this one. Do not hesitate if you like defense tower games.
But if you played already like me the 1st and 2nd part….hmmm….not sure if I recommend it.
Anyway, thanks Artem Kotov for your efforts and thank you for keeping it at a affordable price.
P.s. I don’t see the big ULTRA HD feeling….I even found the maps of part 2 more beautiful and more detailed.
Maybe you need a special new HD screen to get the improvements.
