Deserted Islanders

Explore a small deserted island, collect food to survive, and try to collect supplies to make a raft!

Controls:

• Arrow keys: Change direction, Move through menus
• Z key: Move across tiles, Select menu items, Stop the spinning wheel
• X key: Open/Close Inventory, Place your tent
• P key: Increase screen size or turn on/off full-screen
• F key: Reset the level

Every time you play, the character's species, names, and colors are randomized! Some animals have different specialties, and can help better in a pinch. Here's the animals you have a chance of getting upon starting the game (resetting via F doesn't count):

1. Dog
2. Cat
3. Fox
4. Frog
5. Wolf
6. Squirrel
7. Deer

Developer's Note:

I created this game as a self-challenge in a week, within Game Maker Studio 2. I started it May 24, and wrapped it up on the 1st of June.
