Yet there are lives you must take but nurses and doctors are trying to stop you.  As death you must cast a series of illnesses on patients in hospitals. Your 1 will cast an infection your most powerful option but with the longest cooldown. Your 2 will cast a blood clot this will range its damage based upon where the clot hits. Your 3 is a Stroke quick to damage quick to get healed off.
