About

Devoid of Shadows is a vampire saga inspired by the sentiments taking us back to the 2000’s.
- The graphics of the game locations is dark.
- It is a true АRPG with roguelike elements.
- There are three types of the characters and advanced crafting.
- You will have dozens of skills based on the Power of Blood.
- The game has 21 levels of dungeons with random world generation.
- A magic painting depicting the Royal castle. One can move there from any location and relive, improve the workshops and craft the weapon, armours, potions, combat scrolls and everything that helps you survive. All this is accompanied by sweet sounds of guitar strings.
- Galidon is a powerful vampire kingdom. You are a lawful heir to the throne. The power struggle and an intriguing plot are in place.
- Each level contains quests.
- The gameplay is rapid, bloodthirsty and intransigent that does not forgive a single mistake. It is the same feeling when there is little left to live being surrounded by merciless enemies.
Devoid of Shadows is a heat in the chill dungeons of the Labyrinth.

Devoid of Shadows reviews and comments

Translated by
Microsoft from Spain
A good attempt at vampire RPG, but that has been left there, in attempt. The story certainly begins to look good, with a plot in which you are an heir exiled by your uncle's treachery to your father to dethrone him, which mixes very well the sense of justice, duty, Destiny and revenge at the beginning of the game. The problem is that that is all, apart from there the story becomes flat and with very little content in each level that gives you some depth to the plot. The game system is a Diablo like RPG where you have to fight enemies, farm resources hidden in barrels (Very Diablo) and Craftquear objects to help you move forward. You Also have skills that are going desbloquenado as you advance in level and experience, or objects that can be useful. You Can Choose between three characters that represent the three basic classes of the game: Adelard the son of the Old King (Warrior); Celina, a thief and spy of the royal Court (Rogue); and Regard Principe de Galidon and scientist/Alchemist (magician). There Are 21 levels as a dungeon with missions and goals to meet in each, plus a large number of enemies. The problem arises not only in that it is linear, but also the handling is terribly uncomfortable, and there is no option to configure your keyboard to play more comfortably. The enemies are completely desvalanceados, among which are putty or those who give you a milk and you finiquitan. The objectives are not very clear in the missions and the CRAFTQUEO system is completely absurd and illogical because you can do the same with all classes and you can do everything. Luckily knowing what you have to do or with a guide, the game is quite fast (at least the highest difficulty where I am playing), still a few hours you do not take them away. Graphically It has nothing remarkable, except the ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ by Celina which is wonderful. In fact they are much better transactions between screens with illustrations of scenarios and characters of great quality that the game itself. The movements of some enemies are very unnatural and fluid (werewolves seem to be shitting). There is No customization of characters, if you do not like what there is playing with Celina that at least is nice for the view. The game is only in English, and although more languages appear (the Spanish is not among them) by the discussions I've seen is almost better not to touch them or with a stick. Apparently with the German rolled very brown with a translation that gave between laughter and grief, and very aggressive comments from the translator himself to the complaints (which is no longer in the project). Seen as things go, nor is expected a translation into Spanish. Still for what you have to read with a low level of English manage you, but obviously that makes the game is no longer worth 100% of its price (it is my opinion). The music is quite heavy, in some moments this well, but it becomes quite drawling and the sounds are not that much accompany. There'S a lot of improvement in that regard. In short, this project makes water everywhere and although this cool the attempt, has been in that in an attempt to vampire style RPG without much to contribute or highlight. If you venture to try it for their vampires theme, buy it on offer, which now hovered between 75% and 90% discount. That way you do not waste a lot of money if you finally do not get anything from the game, which being fair is difficult because the game entertains, but as I said is no wonder in the genre and inside Steam There are much better offers for even less price without offer (And even with offer).
