Don't mess with TV

You're the mayor of a little city.

To prevent the inhabitants from riotting, you must be sure they can watch their TV program every evening.

Unfortunately, the signal of the buildings lowers with time. You take control of the TV satellite and try to keep signal up for the buildings.

Can you keep the signals up until 23h00 ?
